Climate Control Fan Shutting off - Fix

I have been plagued by my Climate Control fan shutting off whenever it runs above medium speed. I am determined to find the problem and fix it if I can.
Problem:
The blower motor shuts off whenever the climate control is in auto or manual when the motor speed spools up to high. It will run a bit then just stop. Everything else is working fine, A/C compressor just keeps going, etc. The only way to get it running again is to turn the key off then back on and your back to working again.
Findings:
First of all, here is the component that is causing all the hub-bub. It is the fan speed regulator that controls how much ground the fan receives. The fan has 12v all the time, the ground is controlled. The actual termination of the ground to the fan takes place in this module, in short, it is the culprit. The question now is if it can be repaired.
