Default Clock and Thermometer not working properly in '96 850 station wagon

After repair work was successfully done on the odometer in my 1996 Volvo 850 station wagon, I've noticed that my clock is now reading in 24 hour clock time and my thermometer is now reading in Celsius. How can these two instruments be adjusted for regular clock time and farenheit thermometer reading? Thanks for any insight.
