How do you change the clock to 24 hour format and the thermometer to Celsius?

Default How do you change the clock to 24 hour format and the thermometer to Celsius?
I own a 2001 Volvo S80 T6 and was wondering... how do I change the clock to a 24 hour clock, rather than the 12 hour clock and the thermometer from Fahrenheit to Celsius?

Your dealer should do this for you on VIDA.

Nothing that the user can do as everything is computerized and requires a dealer update.
