Default coolant leak

Ugh....i have a coolant leak all of a sudden coming from what appears to be around the turbo. It's enough that i have a puddle of coolant on the ground under the car every morning. any ideas where i should start looking, and if this is a giant pain in the rear to fix?

I would start looking by getting under the car and looking where it could be leaking from. Turbo coolant return, heater core coolant feed, heater core coolant return, or radiator coolant feed.

Upon looking at the puddle on the ground in relation to the car (i parked it in the driveway so i could see where it was landing, instead of in the garage, where it's everywhere) It appears to be further over towards the driver's side than the turbo. I'm thinking that means its probably heater core lines, right? The return from the radiator was replaced less than a year ago, and appeared to be dry.

That is one of those things we can't really do much from "here" to help you. It's a matter of burying you're head in there and finding it.

Cost ... depends on what you find, same with difficulty.

I've done the heater hoses as I had one go so I just bought both. They are a pain and it's easiest to pull out everything you can to gain access. Both are under the distributor and near the end of the lower radiator hose.

There is a write up from someone who replaced them with just regular heater hose.
