Default Coolant and my 850GLT

Hey all,

Well the dash light indicating coolant came on the other day. Well I'm guessing coolant as my 3yr turned the owners manual for my 95 850 GLT into a personal work of art.
Anyhow I'm guess that the coolant resivour is located just in front and above the left front tire. Am I correct here? Would like to be sure. Really don't want to pour down the wrong orifice here.

Thanks in Advance.

Nathan

Only if someone has turned US car engine bays through 180 degrees.

It should be above the right tyre. It has a semi-clear tank with a screw cap and Max/Min marks on it.

You would be correct sir. Having a bass-akwards day here.. Thought that was the bugger.. There shouldn't be any issues w/ antifreeze? Or should I use a specific coolant?

thanks,

nathan

I'm glad someone else has those days!

Coolant should be 50% water 50% anti-freeze. I don't know what anti-freeze you have in the US but I have always used Bluecol.
