Exclamation correcting engine timing?

so I'm in the middle of changing the timing belt, water pump, and idler pulleys on my Volvo 850 turbo, and I realized halfway through that I did the timing wrong (didn't line up the tics to the lines on the crank on the engine). I already have the belt, and idler pullers and tensioner out but is there a way to adjust the timing after I replace everything? or can I rotate the engine now?

If you have the belt off and rotate the crank or the cams too much you will bend valves.
