Default In-Dash alarm deactivation.

Hello,

The CEL on my Volvo 850, year 94 went on yesterday. I followed the instructions to erase the error codes. Now no check engine light is present, but the in-dash alarm (the sound that you hear when you turn on the engine) is beeping constantly while I am driving. This is very annoying.

Can anyone help me how to get rid of this alarm?

Thank you in advance!

Yes, Inoticed that the dome lights were not working. I replaced the according fuse and now there is no problem with them.

Unfortunately the constant beepingis still present. Maybe there is a damaged relay or some kind of defective sensor.
I own the card for second month and it does not warn me when I am without a seat belt. From my previous experience (I had Volvo 460 once) I know that it should beep like crazy if I didn’t buckle my seat belt.
I found a way to deactivate it by removing fuse 17.

Do you have any idea what could be defective?
