96 10 valve auto 176k, yup, once in a while. twice a week maybe.
More than happy to loose traction into second.
And thats with good tyres.

It will definitely do it, but with the cost of tires, I don't do it much

Thanks for the replies. I had a pretty nice one, the only one I have ever done. I turned onto a straight road, slightly uphill, straightened the car out, and pretty much floored it, it started to sqeal and I let off, I looked down to see I was doing 30mph. I must have been going 15-20mph when it started to let loose. Besides tires, and gas mileage, it it really that bad for the car. I am asking because I am almost done with the tires on it right now. I am not talking about holding the brakes or slamming it from neutral to gear, just good ol' flooring the thing.

-Thanks

Doesn't TRACS stop wheel-spin from happening?

The tracs on these cars are a major POS and doesn't really do anything. I can burn mine up the road with tracs on.

If I had a 5 speed I might be able to chirp the tires but unless I am turning, from a dead stop, there isnt any squaking from the front of The Anvil.
