During the probably over 20 hours i had my head buried in the car this week, i noticed this. It's on the pass side at the front of the engine compartment.

Looks to have a very straight cut in it almost looking like it was done during manufactuing (or someone was really careful when they ripped it up.

If you are talking about the hose that is falling apart. It is not a big deal. It helps cool the computers. But you also have one that goes from inside the car to the computers as well. When you have the A/C on it cools the computers.
