Default Driver side mirror will not stay in place...Fix or New Mirror?

Hi there. My driver and passenger mirrors are adjustable and can be closed against the car if desired. Recently, the driver mirror will begin to gradually start to fall towards the car as I'm driving. I tried to look for a screw of some sort that I could tighten but I didn't see one. This might be a simple solution or perhaps I just need to purchase a new mirror.

Is it possible to tighten or fix it so that the mirror remains in place while I am driving? If I do need to just install a new one, are there any threads on how to do that?

I hope I am explaining this correctly. Thank you for any help, much appreciated!

It folds while driving? That is a new one on me. i believe I would make a trip to the junkyard and get another one.
