Default drove in some dust, check engine light on

Like the title says. What I was thinking was that the dust maybe clogged the O2 sensor but wanted the opinion of the experts. I drove on an unpaved road for about 45 mins and the light came on about half way through.

Thanks,
Chet

I would pull the codes and see what they are.

could be a dirty mass air flow sensor or a dirty air filter. Pull codes and check. Maybe an O2 sensor....haha it could be coincidental that it just wore out though, unless it rattled loose or something

I was thinking the MAF too. Air filters are not perfect and stuff gets through them.

I think o2 is a stretch... from dust.

maf seems obvious... but codes are absolutely required to be anywhere close...
