OOOOOOHHHH. I remember it. It's like below the throttle body/vacuum tree and kind of comes in on the backside of the intake manifold right??

What do you need to seal it? Is it something that you would have to make yourself or can you purchase something to seal it up?

Make a block off plate to seal the intake. Then you have to find some kind of screw on plug to cover the hole.

Alright well i think out 94 has EGR, not positive though it must siince we don't have SAS, but is anyone willing to make a diagram of this cap off and removal or has one, or document it with some photo's because i'll test it out, and use this updated ECU but should i ask him if he can leave the EGR because i do live in a very cold city come winter time. Would it benefit me in anyway, is it worth it to block off the EGR for performance increase or what, because i'd prefer to have it if it helps with warm up and doesn't cause any major horsepower gains or loses.

Thanks,

-Gilber i'll shoot you a text tomorrow and see where you're at as i'm passing through, where is it that you work, pm me if you like thanks.

Yeah, now that I know what that line is it seems like it would be a lot of work to take it off and come up with a way to plug the holes for a 2 PSI increase.

At some time I will be removing mine and sticking a N/A intake on there which is a 5MM increase or more. I will do a walk through then but it will be a while since I am polishing the intake in prep for installing it.

Sounds good, I'll see where I'm at with my plans when that time rolls around (hopefully a lot closer to my wagon).

awesome, well im going to wait on the response from this ECU guy hopefully he will leave the EGR in place as i see no reason if he can remove it why he can't leave it in, but we will see, even if i pay a couple bucks more, its worth it for the time i would spend dealing with the EGR, thanks Tech i guess let us know when you do the Intake swap.
