Check for blocked exhaust. When was the last tune-up done? The dash light bulbs probably need replacement.

For code retrieval, see attached. Note, that the code table isn't complete and there are more codes than the table provides.

The LED blinks in the same manner as does on Hondas (should be universal for all OBD-I). Also, some '94-'95 models have OBD-II port, under the coin holder, in front of the shifter. Remove the coin holder to see if yours has one. If there is no coin holder, however, you probably don't have one.
