[:-]i am removing my strut i know the end link must be disconnected but it is under tension.can anyone tell me how to remove this tension.i tried vallium but it didnt work thanks.

If you are only doing one side just remove the nut then press the sway bar down a little and remove the link.

i tried using a pry bar but it wouldnt move

Did you have the nut off already? If not remove the nut first. Then it will drop some for you to slide it out.
