Where is a good place to get bolts for the upper motor mount? What bolts do I need exactly? Picture enclosed so you know what I'm talking about...

Your post doesn't say where it is you're located but any hardware store should have some metric bolts that would work. The only thing you need to do is figure out how long and what pitch they are.
