Error codes 543 & 454

My car started idling rough and the check eng light came on and I pulled the following codes 543 and 454. Could it be the plugs are bad?

Both are misfire codes; could be plugs; could be lots of things...

Did you look at the plugs?

cyl #4 has a misfire. check the plug and the plug wire/s. if that all seems good check the cap and rotor.
