Great upgrade, not a great price...You will notice a difference though as it channels the exhaust flow at a much higher rate...get your hands on one of these or a japan manifold

Find a used one for half the price. Is this your only upgrade or do you have others. No point really putting this on a bone stock engine unless you have other mods. I have a japan manifold that I'll be running with my whites and 19t, only because they're half the price of an R. From what I've read that R manifolds have a higher flow rate, but the Japans have a better flow pattern.

Before getting a new one, you should try playing with your current one. Adjust your exhaust camshaft. They come from the factory with a slight retardation in order to achieve high horsepower in high rpm. If you advance it a little bit (a few degrees) you will have more power in the lower rpm range (more usable power).

He's asking about an exhaust manifold, not the exhaust cam. And DO NOT adjust your cams unless you have a proper cam adjusting tool, otherwise you can risk bent valves or a poor running motor. QBM made a cam adjustment tool, however, they are no longer in business, you can find the PDF of the cam tool and print it off and glue it to cardboard or something.

Yeah, I'm not going to do that.

I was just saying that he may want to take a look at the cam setting first, before he invests in a whole new manifold.

I would do a manifold swap before playing with cam timing IMO.
