Default Exhaust Question

Starting to put everything back togther and had a question. I found the gasket for the manifold to turbocharger but I am confused as to if there should be a gasket between the exhaust side of the turbo and the down pipe ?

Also for the coolant/oil feed and return lines they have the threaded bolt for each connection, its been a while since I took it apart and can not remember if there should be a washer on each side of the bolt or just on the top side ? The ones I have only have the washer that fits against colar on each pipe ?

No gasket between exhaust housing and downpipe.

I copper crush washer on both sides of the flange. One against the turbo and one against the head on the bolt.

Just so I make sure I understand there should be a copper washer on the top and bottom and each coolant and oil line on the turbo center cartridge ?

If you are talking about the "banjo" bolts then yes, you must have a copper (sometimes it's aluminum) washer between the head of the bolt and the line and the line and the CHRA face.
It's the same as for the banjo bolt on a brake caliper. Copper washer on both sides to make a seal. Always use new washers. I have got away with reusing them but never do it unless you just can't get new as it's not worth the risk it's going to leak.

Or the Dealer. I haven't tried to look for them yet but maybe someone has a kit on Ebay.
