Just a thought:
it is very important that the 2 knock sensor are mounted in a certain angle:
here from VADIS:
Note! Front knock sensor (KS) must be tightened to 3 o'clock and the rear knock sensor (KS) to half-past five.
Otherwise they will make false reports and the ECU will adjust the ignition timing wrong.
