Default foglight question

anyone know what size screw is used to secure the fog light bracket to the bumper? i had the screws and they vanished. i want to button this up by the end of the weekend. thanks in advance!

I really can't say, if you can't go to a junkyard just find a screw that'll fit.

crap...on closer inspection, the holes are smooth. do you use self tapping screws or do you put washers behind them?

just get a drill and a few fat-ish screws and make grooves, washers are a good idea too.

They were self-tapping screws and had 8mm heads on them.

screw it, i drilled then out a hair and put a couple 6mm bolts through it. all done now.

I've always heard the owner's manual say "Keep your Volvo a Volvo, get genuine parts."

But when it comes to screws and little stuff, I say "rig it!"
