Can anyone help me with instructions on how to remove the from cup holder? I have a new repair kit to replace it with but I can't seem to unlatch the old one.

 

You are talking about the one in the armrest correct?
If you are you pretty much need to just grab it and yank it out.
If you want to be very careful and not just yank it out.
Then look at the new one and look for the locking tab on it.
Then slide a screwdriver in the armrest by the tab and it should slide out pretty easy.
