Default front suspesion problems

Hi

I have just replaced my front suspension (struts, springs, control arms, sway bar links on my 96 850 2.5.

I now notice a wobble under acceleration which wasnt there before,

I have also replaced front engine mount aswell as top and bottom tourque mounts,

The wobble is still there Help!

What else can it be..CV joints? or have i done anything wrong while fitting new parts.

thanks

steve

Have you had it aligned? Doing that much front suspension work will require an alignment afterwards. also , I'd double check everything to make sure it's tightened to specs.

Boy I don't know other than maybe the springs need to "seat" or something. Take a pry bar and check everything.

And even since retightening the control arms does it still wobble?

Make sure the inner tie rods aren't worn and the balljoints.
Does it just pull from side to side slightly?

tie rods do you mean the sway bar link rods

if so ive replaced these

could the cv joints have been damaged during the process of replacing parts.

or could the two gearbox mounts cause this effect if they are shot

how can i tell if joints are gone they dont creak or crack..

thanks for help

The tie rods are on the steering rack. With the car off the ground or just the front wheels off the ground.Try wiggling the tire from front to back and up and down and see if there is any play at all.
Are you sure it isn't torque steer?
