Do the 850's have an ACC setinng on the switch? Once I am parked and I turn the car off one notch to listen to the stereo, I can hear the fuel pump continue to run (loudly also). Is this normal?

Separate question, can the Canadian light switch be popped open to turn off the headlights when parked? That little switch in the corner of the switch is plugged off..
