I had several cracks in my Volvo 850 1997 Fuse box, mostly in the fuses area are chipped and cracked, i was looking at e-bay and found in still good condition.

What i would to ask is the compatibility left hand drive fuse box position (US) with right hand drive, my Volvo was right hand drive (south east asia region).

Does it compatible or not ?

did you search ebay UK for RHD parts? The only way to know for sure is to find the Volvo factory part number. Try google using "9162162 volvo"
