Default Good place to buy performace parts?

I just bought a 1996 Platinum Pearl White limited edition 850 Turbo. I was wondering where I'd be able to find a few performace parts for it, you know simple bolt-ons. If you could direct me to a few good websites that'd be fantastic, thanks!!

Hope those help you out.

Also for an exhaust, I suggest you go to a local muffler shop and have them make you a mandrel bent 3" downpipe to 2.5" catback system. However if you plan to upgrade your turbo to a bigger turbo then go 3" downpipe to 3" catback system.

Also you will want to get an ECU upgrade.

RICA, IPD, EST, Upsolute, Speed Tuning make ECU upgrades for us.

IPD is one of the most exspensive ones out there. IPD is the only one to sell them also.

RICA, is also very expsensive and VPTuning sells them.

Upsolute is about $400

Speed Tuning USA is the cheapest, but is good IMO. I am running their ECU upgrade.

Hi,

I'm reading this with interest, not to mention learning!

I've been casually looking at an ECU upgrade for my 95 Turbo wagon, from what I read online, it seems that it is suggested that if I change that, I would be wise, and safe, to upgrade the exhaust at the same time, was that your experience?

Thanks, this is interesting.

You don't have to but it is a good idea. I haven't yet, but will be doing so. It is easier to upgrade the ECU after you have the new exhaust system, because they can program it for the size of your new exhaust. Instead of remapping your ECU or flashing it and re-installing it and then taking it back out after you get your new exhaust to do the same thing over.

What company are you planning to go with for your ECU upgrade?

Well until I read your advice, I had been planning to go to IPD, but I'm no fan of spending more than I need to, so I may follow your route. You've been pleased with yours?
