Long time no post but lurking around here often. I need some help regarding the best place in the USA to order a new aftermarket power steering rack & pinion for my vehicle. There are few places in Toronto (Canada) that gave me a quote over $500 CAN for a aftermarket (rebuilt) one and need to be on order. The price from Volvo dealers is too rich for my wallet.

I checked various online sites the price for the whole kit is in the range of $280 US to $400 US. Since CAN $ is in par with US $, I think it's best to buy from the US source that offer shipping to CAN within a few days. Please recommend a good/reputable/reliable Volvo autopart place that you guy have good experience in the past. It is even better if the place also offer free shipping of order over $300 US (the unit is heavy around 17 pounds).

Vehicle info: V70 GLT year 2000 (T5 2.4L Turbo), front wheel drive - 260,000 km.
