Lucas Pure Synthetic Oil Stabilizer reduces friction for more power and more MPG. It works to eliminate dry starts in new engines and provides the extra protection needed for import and domestic engines requiring newer, lighter engine oils. Lucas Pure Synthetic Oil Stabilizer was originally designed for the racing industry and is light, slick and long-lasting with a film strength that stands up to high temperatures and pressures in extreme situations.
Oh, that's the stuff I use......so I guess it is right for me as I use synthetic oil.

RSPI,

I have the exact same smoking going on. I am just starting my first treatment of AutoRX to see if it is my oil control rings. If it isn't that, then I will change the valve stem seals. Lastly, I will throw on my rebuilt 18t when I get my tune.

Sounds like you're the perfect customer for Lucas oil stabilizer.

My point is you're taking a good quality synthetic oil and then dumping what is basically gear oil into it. Obviously it's working for you but why not just use a higher weight engine oil to begin with?
