i have a 1994 volvo 850 and my problem is that whenever it gets extremely cold outside it wont start. at any other time it will start just wonderfully i also have a p0133 dtc im wondering if this is related any answers would be greatly appreciated

 

My guess with that little information is probably the battery is weak. They all crank a little longer when it's cold though.
