Some people say it works wonders.
I've thought about it, but i haven't done it.
You'd want to run it through the Vaccuum Tree probably. Here's a good thread for info..

As for the fuel system, I dump a larger bottle of Techron fuel system cleaner in the fuel tank once/year. I also dump a bottle of dry-gas (HEET, Isopropyl alcohol, gas-line antifreeze,etc...) at the beginning of the winter to rid the water in the fuel system (though not sure how effective they are, as I haven't done a scientific research on it myself). For anything else, Seafoam seems to have a good reputation.
