It seems to come from the ignition key.It works when the key is one spot then it don't work.Could it be the ignition?Need help soon since winter driving time is hard to see when your windows don't defrost.Also the wipers sometimes don't turn off easy.But when I stop and restart the car they do.

 

You can try moving the key a little in the ignition to see what happens. The ignition is not that expensive or hard to replace. I really don't like tossing parts at a car but if you think moving the key around a little makes a difference then try replacing it.
