Heather fan and radio dont turn off on Volvo 850 96 mod when i stop the car and take out the key. I have to turn off the battery pole to stop this . Sorry for my English. How should I handle this?

 

Sounds like it may have something to do with the ignition switch, but I couldn't tell you for sure.

 

Yes, sounds as if you can take the key out while the switch is still in position 1. Next time try wiggling the key to see if you can get all to turn off before removing, but I'd say you will need to replace the switch or check that the lock mechanism is properly aligned doesn't have a broken piece etc.
