Hi all, I have a 1996 850 Turbo that at random moments it idles alittle above 1,000RPM instead of the normal 850, the transmission holds gears to around 4,500 as if i'm trying to race someone but all i want to do is drive normally, not fast at all. Its especially annoying when i'm at a red light and a police officer is behind me. When the transmission does change gears at that time it is a little rough switching as if i was putting my pedal to the floor. Also driving in an area where the speed limit is 35mph, the car feels like it jerks slightly as if it wants to give out on me. I removed the connection for the MAF and it ran for maybe 15 seconds fine and then died, is this normal? any input would b appreciated, thanks in advance.
