Default Help!!! Outer c/v boot replacement nightmare

This is to anyone who knows how to remove a hub off a Volvo 850 1997.
I have used a gear puller, heat and hammering to no avail, basically I am trying to remove the hub to get to the outer c/v boot and replace it but the hub will just not budge. Heeeeelp!!!

Are you just trying to get the axle out of the hub?
Is it loose in the hub?
