Did you mark them when you took it apart? Look at the frequently used threads that is a sticky at the top of this forum and you will see where the marks are on the cam and the crank and how to align them.

i read the thread for the water pump and timing belt i know where the marks are on the crank and on the camshafts.

i marked the sprocets where they go an the camshafts, after i removed the camshafts, removed the sprocets for the belt and installed them back with new seals
now i just turn the engine to the mark and line the camshafts to the marks?
thanks

Make sure you turn the engine over by hand a few times to make sure there is no resistance other than compression. I didn't do this once and bent two valves cause I was not on the marks properly.
