Default Helping young friend, again

Just finished up with a pvc refresh (thanks IDP), In putting back her 95, 850 N/A back together I noticed a wire I had not unpluged hanging off of the same harness as the battery positive, I rolled back the shielding and it is blue/gray in color. It still retains the clip and it has an odd ending like a metal clip, I thought it was a sensor of some sort but I cannot find anywhere it may clip onto.
