Default hey guys new here and want some help

hey guys im new to the site but owned a volvo for a while now. i live in toronto canada and own a 96 850 turbo wagon 5spd. its slightly modded and has some easy add ons to look better. i just recently baught a turbo timer and boost gauge and boost controller.
ive worked on turbo cars before but volvos are totally different.

i need to know what wires on the ecu are the o2 sensor wire and the ground (ecu wiring diagram). i also need to know what wires i attach the turbo timers wires that go to the key ignition. i cant seem to find any wiring diagrams anywhere on the net . maybe you fellow volvo nuts can help me out.

also i want to know where to run my vacum line for my boost gauge? and also the line for a bov?

also im not sure but i think the stock boost controller is electronic? how do i hook up my boost controller to the turbo on the volvo? also how much boost is save for a all stock engine ?

hopes you guys can help me . need to know asap . i want to install them tomorrow.
i will post some pics of my ride real soon hope you like .
cheers your new member and friend mark850t.

I have also attached wiring diagrams. Also, I would wait for Tech, S70driver & other members for MBC and other gadgets guidance. Let me also know in case if the pages are too small to read. I would also try to expand the image to see if the microscopic letters become legible.

I also welcome you to the forum.

This also is a diagram; seems to be referring to the row-B.

This image is for the TCM, but may also help you locate terminals A & B. If unsure, wait for others replies.

For the MBC:
IDK if you tap into the red or blue hose. (moderator) Tech can tell you how his is.

Boost gauge:
IDKwhich hosethe stock boost gauge uses, butthereshould be aopen port on the manifold you can use (the blue fitting w/cap). (moderator) Tech can tell you how his is hooked up.

Good luck.

For the BMC put it between the compressor side of the turbo and the waste gate.
On both of mine I unhooked the compressor and wastegate hoses from the stock EBC and connected the MBC in the middle.
Leave the stock EBC connected electronically this way it won't throw a check engine light. Also disconnect the hose that goes to the induction hose from the mass flow to the turbo and put a cap on it.

For the Boost levels since you basically have a T5 I would only run about 12 or 13 PSI. There is a fuel cutoff at 15.5 PSI stock.

You might also want to look into getting a chipped ECU to make sure all is running good overall with the added boost. Also make sure you run premium gas in it.

Also I hope you have all new/good intercooler hoses and tune up parts in there already or you will have problems under high boost.

You might also want to pull the spark plugs and regap them to about .025 thousands.
