Don't waste the time trying to fix the bad hinges. Even if you do get them fairly straight, they have been weakened by being bent and then hammered. Also, check your hood latching system and the latches themselves. The system is supposed to "double latch" to prevent accidents exactly like this.

Rivets are fastners that you use a tool to compress the rivet and the rivet expands to hold the items into place.

As far as I know the inner fender liner should only be held in with Rivets. You can just cut the head off the rivet with a decent set of wire cutters.

Picture of rivets. You slide the rivet into the gun and squeeze the handles in like an open and close motion till the inner parts pops off and you are done.
