Well, I'm back with yet another problem.[:@]
The driver's side hood hinge just brokeon my car. I knew the hood needed adjustment (wouldn't close all the way back by the windshield) but I hadn't gotten around to adjusting it. I don't know if this caused it to break or not, but broke it is.
Anyway, I've found a new hinge but it is from a 1993 240 and I have a 1986 240. Do any of you know if these hinges will interchange?

I don't know. Never looked at them, but the bodys are exactly the same so i would only assume that the hood hinges are that doesn't seem like something that they would change from year to year. If you are skeptical the easiest thing to do would be to take the broken one off and go down to a junkyard. There are always plenty of old 240s and you caould find one and make sure it's the same as yours. Another plus is that it would be cheap i bet you can pick it up for $10-$15.
