Default Hoses that lead nowhere?

Hello there. I seem to be having a lot of problems with this car. It's a real fixer-upper. :-( I have these two hoses that are just lying around and not hooked up at one end. Both of the hoses are near the passenger corner of the engine compartment near the washer fluid. I have posted some pictures of the hoses and where they are connected (on one end that is). I am trying to find out if they need to be connected to something else. FYI; I have a 1995 850GLT. I posted some pictures. It seems that one of the hoses come from a little plastic thing right next to the washer fluid. It almost looks like a fuel filter, but much smaller. The other comes from further below that. This hose looks like it is connected to a part that could be connected to the washer fluid tank itself, but below, near some electrical connectors that could be connected to the washer fluid tank. Both of the hoses are originally comming out of their prerspective places pointing up in the air. Please, HELP!!! Well, it's not that bad. :-)... and thanks!

They should be the washer hoses for the headlight wipers. If you have someone pull the washers for the windshield and see if fluid comes out.The headlight washers are on the headlight wiper arm.

that's what I thought. The two hoses look like they were cut, and they are one-in-the-same hose. Thanks for your help. I will reconnect them.
