How to check speed sensor pulse signal

Does anyone know how to check the Speed sensor pulse signal going to the cluster on a 95 850 GLT?

You should be able to test with an Ohm meter.

how would I do it? would the car have to be on??? and do you know what kind of voltage i should be getting from it?

If you Ohm it then Put it in gear and watch the meter and see if it moves.
I would have to try to look the spec's up for voltage.
