Default How Hard Is It To

Instal the IPD Sway bars. Both front and rear. I bought them on a group buy and have not got around to putting them on.

Also got the PCV system and have not done it either. The T5R is getting worse gas mileage than the other two, so I was going to do the PCV system on it.

fcpgroton is the best place to get the kit. You might want to find out about your oil leak though before doing the PCV system.

The Rear sway bar is pretty easy to install. 2 bolts on one side and 3 on the other.

The front one is what is a pain to install. You have to drop the rear of the subframe to remove the oldone and install the new one.

The PCV system would be best to remove the intake to replace everything.

P.S. would you be intrested in selling the old from one?
Which car are you installing them on?

I was going to put the sway bars on the T5R. Do you think it's worth it? Are you saying I already have a sway bar on the front that will be replaced?

Yes there is one there already. The IPD one is heavier. The IPD is like 5MM bigger than the one you already have on there.

Alot of people say with the IPD ones the car handles a ton better.

I have a R rear one to install on the back on my car. Looking for a front one. Thats whay I asked if you are going to sell your old one if you do it.

Jim have you see my Update on my car?

Yes I saw them, and just got done posting a reply. I'm in the process of painting the house right now, so I haven't had any time to work on the cars. I also build and sell cornhole games as a hobby and that keeps me kind of busy at times too. Here is a link to some of the boards I've made:

It's a real fun game when the family gets together too. Justin and I make a pretty good team. Nick's step Dad is probably the best though. They had a tournament a few weeks ago with four sets going and I made all four sets. I've made about 20 of them now. Sold one on e-bay and shipped it to NC. Shipping was about $35 which really isn't too bad.
