Default How to remove PTC?

Hi,
Just wanted to remove and clean PTC (or Positive Temperature Coefficient heater nipple and is installed on all turbos after 1990) on my 1994 Turbo that I have recently purcased. it has a little blow from the dip stick and i was wondering if this part is blocked.

I havent tried to reach it but just wanted to know that is this just twist-fit into the intake hose as the firetrap on Nonturbo engines or it is pressfit or is kind of non-removable fit in which caseI willhave to take out the whole intake hose?

I would remove the entire hose and clean it.
It is kind of a press fit but sometimes the rubber grommet will tear and good luck finding a new one.
