Default I have multiple codes. Need advice on what to fix.

Here are the codes I read from both OBD-1 and OBD-II. I already found out what codes these are. I'm just asking for advice on where to go to fix/repair these codes. My car has been stalling out when I apply my brakes to a stop after a cruising slowly without throttle and also when I have my wheel turn right or left in a turn lane while at stop/idling. My car has been stalling out like 10 times in the last 3 weeks or so.

OBD-II: p0171

OBD-2:
A2:
2-3-1: Long term Fuel mixture too rich in partial load

A3:
3-1-2: Right front wheel sensor open: open/faulty signal
3-1-4: Right rear wheel sensor open: open/faulty signal
1-4-1: Faulty Pedal sensor shorted to ground/supply

A5/A6: no codes

A7:
1-2-2: Temp sensor/interval too long
1-1-3: fuel level sensor open circuit
1-2-1: maf sensor signal

Parts I have replaced: ALL vacuum hoses, inter cooler hoses, air filter, fuel filter, fuel sensor relay, fuel system relay(the grey one above radiator under the shroud), timing belt(water pump, tensioner, idler, belt) spark plugs, wires, cap&distributor, PVC system replaced, cam seals front and rear, cam sensor,Turbo boost controller, MAF sensor, vacuum tree.

Non mechanical/non engine parts I have fixed or replaced: both cv axles, ALL engine mounts, shocks and struts, brakes on all wheels, inner/outer tie rods, sway bar links, both control arms.

At this point, I have been getting p0171 code and OBD-I a2 2-3-1 code for too long and I really want to fix this once and for all. My best guess now is the fuel pump/fuel pressure regulator are dying and needs replacement as well as fuel injector needing cleaning and re-sealed.
Any Advice would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

did you check the ECT? have you measured fuel pressure at the rail?

I just replaced ETC 2 weeks as you said. My old one look corroded. The car runs more smooth. I no longer seem to get p0171 code on obII port.

I now have another problem all together
I now have p0730 code and A1:3-2-2 Incorrect Gear Ratio. My car will randomly stall out within the first 5 minutes I run my car for the day, especially taking a sharp right or left from stop. It starts right back up after it stalls. I just did 3 drain and fill of the Auto transmission with walmart supertech high mileage ATF(this was the closest to DEX III fluid and cheap).

I got a feeling its the PNP switch that needs to be replaced. About a month ago, my trasmission was slipping with the flashing up arrow. I parked and did that shifting of the drive stick from P down through gears like 12 times to clear it. How would I tell its the PNP and not some other sensor or MY transmission is about to kick it?
