Are they as easy to modify as the 850's ? that is why i want to get one with a manual. i am looking to build a serious beast, I am talking a total engine rebuild, h-beam rods, je pistons, n/a cams, glt intake, megasquirt, gt35 turbo, 1000cc+ injectors, Walbro fuel pump, electronic boost controller, MSD ignition. Bigger Intercooler. i am looking to blow about 5-$8,000. as i am 18, live with my parents, have a full time job, with nothing to spend my money on. and am leaving to join the Air Force next year.

The same.

I personally wouldn't do anything more than a stage 3, see www.iPdUSA.com. Anything more than that the car is not good for daily driving. Besides, you do want to keep your drivers license... don't you???

Dude, I admire your enthusiasm, but would also really like to see you make it to 19, 20, and beyond. Building a stupid-fast car at your age is not the way to get there.

You know you could get an apt and a girl friend; that would kill some of that cash burning a hole in your pkt...

Keep me in mind when you go to sell it when you're shipped overseas

=) i will. though it will be hard to get rid of something that i would have spent so much time on. but it would be better in the hands of someone who knew how to take care of a car then some...18 year old kid =D

I have a 98 V70 T5 MANUAL. Black wagon. It is believed that their were only 101 V70 T5 manuals were imported to the US. 16 of which are black, and of the 16 black cars, only 5 of them were the 1998 model year which was the last year of the throttle cable. Interested?
