I have a 1993 Volvo 850 GLT that's having somes issues running. The starts and idles very rough and only for about 10min before the engine floods. If I try to give the car any gas while it's running it will shut the car down. I tested my spark and I'm getting spark to all 5 plugs then suddenly spark drops from cylinders 1 and 2. I keep getting a 2-1-4 code from the OBD1 and I have replaced the RPM sensor twice along with the ecu. Does anyone know what could be wrong?

 

Hmmm, have you checked other ports? Sounds like a temp sensor to me.

 

Yes I've checked them all get a 1-1-1 for all of them except for A6 that same 2-1-4 code
