Its a 1994 850 turbo. Keep stalling out. (posted 4-month ago)

After i had my check engine lite came on, it was scaned as the EGR vl. I removed and clean, reinstalled and now it keeps stalling out. It sounds like its stiffling for air and shuts off.
Its a 1994 850 turbo.
Any ideas??
