Keep in mind, if you're serious about this, it can be costly, and unless you can find a manual swap kit, which are hit and miss, then you need to buy a manual car, pull everything from that one and put it in yours. Is it worth it? YES.

If your doing a manual swap, everything transmission related. The transmission, shifter assembly, pedals, cables, various other pieces. And then once you have the transmission, you also need to get new clutch kit, master cylinder, and a couple other things that I don't remember.

You should replace the master cylinder and slave cylinder, they're just parts that are recommended by the countless people who have highly tuned 850's that you replace. I think the slave cylinder is not as much an issue, but the master should be. The guy who put together my swap included a new T5 master cylinder, which are stronger than the NA's that will be on the donor car, and the slave cylinder is in good used condition.

however, iirc, tech used everything from his donor car for the swap and the only new thing he bought was the clutch kit and isn't having any problems. So, it's debatable.
