Loud Whistle
IN the morning usually when its below 40 degrees I hear a loud whistle sound on my 1993 850 non turbo and after a mionute it goes away and im not emberassed anymore if I gas it a little it wont do it either.

Up under the car on the left side.
Remove the Air Guide if you still have one. Then you should see it hanging down.
It has 2 hoses going to it.
One should come from the Air filter box to the pump.
The relay might also be bad. It is mounted by the pump.
The pumps usually fill with water and short out then rust out.
Or a Battery leaks acid and it eats the pump.
