Default Lubricating the chassis

Looked at one of those Volvo maintenance specs sheets....

Page 9 shows the lubrication points. I've had the car 6 years and I've never done any of this.

Simple stuff, oil the locks, door hinges, hood, back hatch (on my wagon)... I get it...

But what do I use? Spray on stuff? Different stuff between hinges and locks?

Should I clean/lubricate the rubber bushings and boots everywhere? Engine mounts, sway bar links, (CV boot maybe), tie rod ends, that kind of stuff?

I use Bel-Ray Chain Lube for my hinges and locks. Cable Life for the throttle cable, and Kawasaki Jet Ski Lube for my locks
