Matts volvo site problems

Hey guys I belong to a couple volvo sites, Matt's won't load for me anymore, I just get a download everytime I try to go to the site. Does anyone know anything about this?

If you are using IE, go under options and then advanced. You should see a button to reset the browser. This helps sometimes.

I have the same problem with VS. Just decides to work then not work then work again.
